- What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is for the quantity for trading pins is 100.
- What can we do to improve how well our pins will trade?
YES! Adding to the WOW factor for your pins is so easy! We have different upgrade options available we can discuss with you. We have options that are a little more budget friendly as well! We can add glitter, crystals, glow in the dark enamel, sliders, spinners, danglers, blinkers and more! Let us know what you are envisioning.
- We’re on a tight budget, what can you do for us?
Offset Printed Pins are typically our most economical solution for our customers. By printing the details on the metal pin we’re able to save a ton of time and production costs.
- Do you have any discounts or promotions?
We have several promotions going on through the year, you can check them out here. In addition, we offer a return customer discount, and multi-pin order discount. Ask your Customer Service rep if you are eligible.
- What are the most common pin sizes teams order?
For Cooperstown, pins typically start at 2.0” and go up to 3.0” or more. For other Baseball customers, 2.0” is the most common but 1.75” is frequent as well. For Hockey, Soccer, Basketball and Softball customers, 1.75” is the most common followed by 2.0” then 1.5”, the larger pins enabling more detail & color options.

- What if we don’t like the initial design?
O Problem! We give you 6 FREE revisions to your design. If you have anything else you are envisioning or changes needed, just let us know and we can make it happen!
- What type of artwork files do you Accept?
We accept most file types. We prefer images to be in .EPS or .AI formats, if possible. Otherwise, we accept .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .PPT, .DOC, .PDF, .BMP, .TIFF, .PSD and .CDR

Shipping Curling Pins
- Is Shipping Free ?
We offer free shipping as part of your order package when shipping domestically within the US. We also offer free shipping to military APO / FPO / DPO addresses overseas as support for our Active duty men & women. For all other shipping locations we will provide you with options based on cost & delivery time so you can pick what works best for you.
- How long does it take to receive my pins?
Our standard production will vary by pin style, but is typically within 2-3.5 weeks turn time.
- We need pins ASAP, what are my options?
We have 3-day and 4-day Quick Pin options made in the USA that get many of our customers out of a bind. We can help you with either!
- How Do You Ship?
We have agreements with FedEx, UPS, & USPS to provide shipping to a wide variety of addresses. We Also ship to APO / FPO / DPO addresses for FREE!

Product Types Curling Pins
- Lions and Tiger’s and Bear’s Oh my! All these different pin styles, can you simply explain the difference?
For soft enamel, you will be able to feel the ridges of the metal separating the colors. For offset printed, we print directly onto the metal and there is a epoxy dome over the top of the pin. For our quick pins, these are the same process and style as offset printed, but these come in standard shapes of a circle or square.
- I see so many pin styles, which is best for me?
Soft Enamel is the most common trading pin style, but with production at 3 weeks other pin options can be more attractive based on your deadline. Your overall budget & design can also impact style. We are here to discuss all your options with you!

Production Curling Pins
- What are the pins made out of?
Typically iron, but depending on the size of your pin, artwork, and if there are any cut outs, we may use zinc.
- How long do you keep my mold for if I wish to re-order?
We will keep your mold on stock for 3 years. If you need more pins we can easily remake them for you.
